Financial modelling (review, development, management)
As part of our financial advisory services we review financial models and if required for a project supervise the development of financial models. The development of the financial models is done by external modelling firm. Apex Rail generally subcontracts with such firms to be able to offer financial model development as a service to its clients. For certain aspects of its services (operating lease structuring) Apex Rail has proprietary models available that are used to calculate lease rates given a certain set of inputs. Often this model is also used to verify the lease rates offered to our clients by leasing companies.
