We have an extensive history as project, contract & asset managers on behalf of different clients for complex long term financings for both regional passenger rolling stock under franchise or concession agreement and locomotive
portfolios on longer-term operating leases with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of contractual and commercial obligations under the various arrangements.

Professional in-house expertise is available with respect to active European and UK rolling stock project, -contract, -lease and asset management due to various team members working in their careers for rail manufacturers, operating leasing companies, state, public and private operators and financial institutions

Excellent network of market experts, including legal advisors, technical rolling stock experts, maintenance providers and other services, which allows to create additional value to our clients. We are also able to recruit or subcontract additional workforce for the mandate, should that be required during the long term mandate.

Reporting to Lessor about material events (i.e. delays, insurance events etc.)
